Biography
Samantha “Sam” Ross has successfully litigated a variety of civil cases in New York State courts, with a focus on general liability and premises claims involving sports and recreation facilities, negligent security, and New York Labor Law. Sam also has experience handling contract disputes and private and public nuisance claims. Sam prides herself on her attention to detail and has been recognized for her ability to navigate complex claims involving novel liability issues and nuanced legal arguments.
Sam received her law degree from Northeastern University School of Law (“NUSL”) in 2018. While in law school, Sam was an active member of the Prisoners' Rights Clinic, where she provided pro bono legal assistance to prisoners eligible for parole, as well as the IP CO-LAB (NUSL's intellectual property clinic), where she helped student entrepreneurs and artists protect their copyright and trademark rights.
In her free time, Sam enjoys art, live music, and travel. Sam is proficient in German and briefly resided in Heidelberg, Germany.
